ORDERING

Choose your desired shoes or accessories, add it in the cart, choose the shipment and payment method and fill in all the requested personal data

You better measure twice and order once (all product photos on the website are real and all the product descriptions as detailed as possible so you should not be surprised with what you get...). Think carefully about what your new shoes look like (material, where you gonna wear them, what size you need...)

After finishing the order you receive the confirmation message on your email address and all the payment instructions (if you choose bank transfer). Please process the payment within 3 days after sending the order, otherwise, the reservation of your goods will be cancelled.
ORDER CANCELLATION

Did you change your opinion and you don't really need to keep the order goods? We won´t bite your head off. Just send us an email, we can cancel the order and offer the goods to someone else.
SHIPPING

We ship the goods "in stock" daily. So it will be heading to you on the day of payment or the other working day at the latest.

RETURNS

The unworn items can be returned within 21 days after receipt of the order

Please return it undamaged, not used or worn, clean and in original packing including all tags (might be cut off for trying).

Please do not use the original packing of the product as packing for the return delivery of the goods, neither place the shipping labels on it nor write down the return address, thanks a lot :-).
- Please fill in the Contract Withdrawal Form or just write down all the necessary information on a piece of paper and put it into your shipment.
- We will reimburse you the money usually within ca 5-7 days after receipt of the return package (within 14 days at latest).
WARRANTY CLAIM
- Just in case...if you need to claim your rights from defective performance, please write to hello@footic.com, send us some more details and pictures and we will do our best to find the best solution so that you won´t be without your shoes for ages...
