Get to know the Skinners brand
The original product of the Czech brand Skinners was sock shoes, but they found their way to barefoot shoes as well.
The founder of the brand, Petr Procházka, was working while studying in Norway and together with his friends they went on a hike, from which one of the participants returned in socks, because his shoes rubbed his feet. He found the socks extra comfortable, but not very durable. And thus the idea of sock shoes was born.
After his return, Petr and his girlfriend started developing the compact, light, comfortable, non-slip but durable Skinners sock shoes. They are produced directly in the Czech Republic using unique zero-waste technology from the best Italian fibers and abrasion-resistant Swedish polymers. The advantage is also that they are washable. They are booming all over the world.
