Benefits and discounts
Fixed loyalty discounts
Fixed discounts on your entire purchase, even on products already on sale. Valid on all purchases but only for registered customers.
- 2% discount - Simply register with us - free of charge.
- 4% discount - If you have purchased a total of more than 500 € in the past year.
- 6% discount - If your total purchases last year exceeded 1 000 €.
The discount will be applied automatically, so you just need to be logged in when you shop to redeem it. Cancellations and returns do not count towards the previous year's limit. You can check your eligibility by logging into the My Discounts section of the Customer Centre.
Regular bonus discounts
Limited-time discount codes for selected brands. Only valid for registered users.
- Up to 30 % discount - The current codes are available in the My discount codes section after login.
The selected code must be entered manually in the cart. Codes cannot be combined and do not apply to already discounted products. We usually renew codes at the end or beginning of each month.
Discount campaigns
Time-limited discount codes.
- Up to 50 % discount - We publish specific codes according to current needs through various channels, but we recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social networks or the networks of our partners.
You must enter the discount code manually in the shopping cart. Codes cannot be combined and are usually not applicable to products that are already marked down. Codes are mostly valid only for a few days and can be redeemed by anyone.
Different categories of users
As your customer level increases, you have the opportunity to receive more benefits:
- Unknown users - visitors for whom we have no history but who can redeem discount codes through random access.
- Newsletter Subscribers - users who have signed up to receive our newsletter with special offers. They may or may not be registered or our customers.
- Customers - users who have placed an order with us in the past and receive newsletters with discount promotions. They may or may not be registered.
- Registered customers - users who have registered with us in the past as part of the ordering process, but it is also possible to register before placing the first order. By logging into their account, they will automatically receive on their total purchase a fixed 2%, 4%, or 6% discount (depending on their purchase history over the past year), see regular bonus discounts and receive newsletters with discount promotions.
Validity of discounts and other information
Discounts are linked to orders placed on our e-shop website. Most discount codes are limited in validity, and the terms and conditions of individual discount campaigns can vary significantly, so we always recommend checking the information provided. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any misunderstanding. System or printing errors cannot be excluded. However, we are ready to resolve everything immediately.
We recommend subscribing to our newsletter because you will usually be the first to hear about discounts, so you have a chance to use the codes before others buy all the discounted items. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link at the end of our newsletters.
