    The founder of Sole Runner, Thorsten Ludwig, has been involved in barefoot shoes and natural walking since 2005. He founded an e-shop with barefoot shoes in 2006, but he didn't have enough shoes from suppliers to his e-shop to cover the customer demands. That's why he started his own shoe brand in 2011 with colleagues from the industry.
