• 1 mm non-slip rubber sole
• insole made of 2 mm latex layer, fully flexible in all directions
• tightening in the instep on 2 velcro
• interior and exterior shoes (1 mm sole, however, abrades on a rough surface)
• also suitable for beginners
• acceptable in most schools and kindergartens as appropriate slippers
• fits on a narrower foot and a thinner ankle and lower instep, not recommended for a high instep and chubby foot
